[FPSPACE] How NASA got full funding

1.A House Majority Leader whose voting district includes JSC.

2. His party has a majority in both Houses of Congress & the Executive for probably at least four years.

3. The Majority Leader, in public, calls himself a "space nut".

Reality has not been that kind to NASA for over three decades. They had better make the optimal use of their cash flow while their lucky run lasts until 2008!
