From Xinhua http://news.xinhuanet.com/english/2004-08/29/content_1917907.htm The launch pad near the CZ-2F pad seems to have been used. However, judging from the low resolution images on the Xinhua page the satellite seems to be enclosed in some kind of shroud... any idea?
