   My congratulations to the "Tunguska Space Phenomenon public state fund", and the Tourist Boards of the village of Vanavara (Evenkia) & Evenk autonomous district !

   I hope they immediately launch a Tunguska Alien tourist festival to outdo the Roswell alien tourist festival & bring in scarce dollars to a no doubt empoverished rural district. They can open bed-and breakfasts, offer real reindeer sledge rides, have "Grandfather Frost" hand out gifts to tourist kiddies in winter. In summer they can offer the Siberian equivalent of hunting for cranberries & strawberries!

    If the "alien technical device" turns out to be part of an eg. 1928 plane engine, or tractor wreckage, or wireless, it can still get pride of place in the local museum. 
But don't expect the $15m. price of tickets to ISS to come down dramatically anytime soon.
