Today, at the Air and Space Museum in Washington, DC, something struck me as
odd ... that being a replica of the plaque that was left on the Moon by the
Apollo 15 astronauts.
The names on the plaque were those of astronauts and cosmonauts "... who had
lost their lives in the quest to explore the Moon."
Among those names were Pavel I. Belyayev and Yuri A. Gagarin!
According to popular myth, Belyayev died following surgery in 1970 and
Gagarin died with Seryogin in a flight accident in 1968 ... Someone please tell me
how these myths (official accounts) square with losing their lives "in quest to
explore the Moon?"
Shall I repeat my wild theories ...
What did NASA know that most of us seem not to know?
