It's Monday, meaning that once again there are interesting things to read on The Space Review:

-a review by Jeff Foust of the book New Moon Rising, by Frank Sietzen and Keith Cowing
-a discussion of the Soyuz "Lunar Express" concept discussed here last week
-a commentary of a current James Van Allen article about human spaceflight
-an article concerning the current congressional budget on space and the veto threat to keep NASA's budget intact
