[FPSPACE] Status of Russian 12-month-duration proposal

Last week Gerstenmaier told us that Houston was still studying the Russian proposal for an Expedition-10 mission duration of up to 12 months.

But now I hear that NASA HQ has already turned down the Russian proposal.

Is there any other rumor out there?
