The National Remote Sensing and Space Law Center
of the University of Mississippi School of Law
is delighted to announce that
it will resume publication of the Journal of Space Law in the second
half of 2003.
The Journal will retain substantially the same format and content
that it did while the late Dr. Stephen Gorove was its editor. Papers
that address international and/or domestic law are welcome.
Additionally, each issue will contain a law student article on a
significant and timely topic in aerospace law. Papers that address the
interface between aviation and space law are also welcome. Abstracts of
articles will be posted at the Center's website but the full version
will be published in hard copy format.
Authors are invited to submit manuscripts and accompanying abstracts
for review and possible publication. The Journal prefers submission of
manuscripts and abstracts via email. Please email manuscripts and
accompanying abstracts in Microsoft Word or WordPerfect to:
jsl@olemiss.edu
Or, alternatively, a hardcopy of the manuscript and abstract, along with
a computer diskette containing them in Microsoft Word or WordPerfect
format, may be sent to:
Journal of Space Law
P.O. Box 308
University, MS 38677-0308
1-662-915-6857 (office)
1-662-915-6921 (fax)
To be considered for the next volume, submissions should be received on
or before April 15, 2003. The Journal will continue to accept and review
submissions on an on-going basis.
