Not exactly.

According to the new plan, Enterprise will be launched on the Shuttle flight reserved for the Power Platform launch, instead of a pressurized module, which would
house the hardware for Power Platform. Power Platform will also loose four of its eight solar panels and a radiator. Now, individual modules on the Russian segment,
will have to carry their own radiator hardware. Also, two of four science modules on the Russian segment will be dropped, and the FGB-2 will be used instead of
Universal Docking Module.
