for Dwayne & others debating MirCorp as the risk in
risk capital -

what is interesting about the following news item
(apart from the anachronistic name Alpha for ISS) is that
Koptev & India should discuss the Russian module in the ISS,
& not Russia suggesting that India / ISRO should rent Mir,
or any module in Mir?

> Russia, India Study Joint Space Station Proposal Moscow
(Interfax) Sept. 27, 2000

> Russia and India are studying the possibility of joint
basic research in the international space
> station Alpha, Russian Aerospace Agency director general
Yuri Koptev told Interfax on Tuesday.
> Joint research could be carried out in a Russian module
of (ISS) Alpha, Koptev said.

Now was it Dwayne who noted that Dennis Tito had better
negotiate further installments of his $$ staying in an
escrow account?
