Interesting.  Enisey was also the name of the Topaz-2 reactor which we all
called "Topaz-2" but actually never carried that designation.  There is no
law against re-using the name and I believe that Peter Gorin, in an
article on Russian spysats, pointed out that most of them are named after
rivers (like Neman).
