Perhaps I should clarify what I said earlier.
The centres with which I checked had the records from worldwide stations
and their records indicated that no stations had reported anything. I
was supplied with some printouts of all of the events which were reported
during the June-July 1969 period.
I feel sure that I still have that 25-years-old correspondence somewhere,
but exactly where I do not know.
