Yes, I know, extremely expensive, certainly for non-members. Anyway, if
anyone is still interested after seeing these prices, I think that apart
from cheques and money orders the BIS now also accepts credits cards. They
do now for subscriptions, so I guess the same goes for individual copies of
JBIS. The subscription form says that notification of a credit card payment
must be made either by telephone (44 (0) 20-7735 3160), fax (44 (0) 20-7820
1504) or letter (see address above), not by email.
