[FPSPACE] Russian ISS flights

I still have not learned of a means by which the Soyuz launcher will be 
able to carry a crew of three to the ISS nominal orbit of 407 kilometers. 
There has been some discussion here of Rosiakosmos contracting with RSC 
Energia to carry guest cosmonauts to ISS, but I can't see how this will be 
technically possible.

In a similar note, there has been discussion about James Cameron flying to 
Mir or ISS, but a 6 feet 4 inches in height, I don't know how he would fit 
in a Soyuz.
