Well, as it turns out, nothing at all discussed on FPSpace affects
anything on the planet. So are you proposing eliminating the group
completely because it is pointless?

I argue the complete opposite--that this was a _bad_ first effort to
create a commercial space station and that bad efforts actually hurt
future efforts. You cannot simply say "Their hearts were in the right
place," and ignore the consequences of their actions.
And I will not even go into the issue of how MirCorp has affected Russian
participation in ISS.
