MOSCOW, Oct 19 (AFP) - The departure of the first three-man crew
to be permanently stationed on the International Space Station (ISS)
has been delayed by one day until November 1, Russian space
officials said Thursday.

"The US shuttle Discovery raised the orbit of the ISS and so,
the cosmonauts will not be able to, for technical reason, dock with
the station on the planned date," Russia Space Agency spokesman
Vyacheslav Mikhailichenko told AFP.
