[FPSPACE] Mir was a backup to Zvezda Service Module

For what it's worth, my contact within Spacehab, Inc., told me a week ago
that Energia was only interested in Mir as long as it might was needed as a
"backup" to the Service Module (in my interpretation, more like "insurance"
for Russians in space).  After Zvezda was successfully launched, my contact
was not surprised to see Energia lose interest in Mir.  This goes a long way
to clarifying recent events in my mind.
