[FPSPACE] Progress M-43 closeout video

closeout operations for Progress M-43, the one going to Mir.  Of interest (to
me, anyway) is how quickly they sling it around, and how it seems the closeout
crew doesn't mind being directly beneath 7 tons or so of spacecraft (is this
thing loaded with propellant at this time, or is that done after it's attached
to the launcher?).  Late in the video you can see another spacecraft, either
another Progress or a Soyuz, surrounded by work platforms.  I presume this one
is destined for ISS.
