[FPSPACE] Tito flight delayed

In all of the conflicting stories about Mir's fate and MirCorp, it's hard
to find the few snippets of real news.  One thing that did come out,
however is this:

Tito is now talking about postponing his flight from February to mid
2001.  This is according to MirCorp.  If true, this is not good news for
them.  They would still need to fly another re-boost mission in
January.  And the longer Tito waits to fly, the longer it takes MirCorp to
get paid by him (his money is currently in escrow).  It is also possible 
that another re-boost mission might be necessary by mid-2001.
