[FPSPACE] Falling Space Debris in Kazakhstan (fwd)

Turachak is in the standard Proton stage 2 impact area, 1985 km downrange
from Tyuratam (can't find Ulaganskii on a map but suppose it is nearby).
This appears to be an example of the news media taking a standard situation
and making it sound exceptional.

The farmers in this area make a good side income cannibalising the rocket
stages and selling the parts and alloys to traders (ultimate destination
China). Undoubtedly they also suffer some health consequences of handling
wreckage that contained toxic propellants....
