[FPSPACE] Finally - English on ISS downlink!

Yesterday, Nov 6, Bill Shepherd finally started speaking English on the
143.625 MHz downlink. He had a long conversation with a lady about missing
equipment and in which bag a certain piece could be found. I thought I
heard him mention "IMAX" also! This happened during the 0825.15-0832.36 UT
pass over Europe.
