[FPSPACE] Korolev in Germany

David Whitehouse asked did Korolev meet Von Braun at a V-2 launching.

The V-2 launchings were organized by the British at Cuxhaven in October
1945.  Jim Harford's book on Korolev does have the story that Korolev was
kept waiting outside the fenced area.  It's not clear if von Braun was there
and he may already have gone to the United States.  Someone should know.

Incidentally, Tsien Hsue Shen, the chief designer of the Chinese space
programme was in Germany from April to June and did meet von Braun there.
