This has almost occured. The office of newspaper Versiya (Version)
was searched after they published a Russian satellite photo of U.S.
submarine in Norway. I presume the newspaper was given the photo
willingly by 'someone connected to the program' (to prove U.S. sub
killed Kursk), and the investigators tried to find who did this.
