[FPSPACE] Translation opportunity

[Joanne Gabrynowicz]

	I may have the opportunity to hire a linguistics Ph.D student as a
research assistant. She is fluent in English, Russian and Kazakh. If this
happens, I would like to ask her to work on translating Russian and Kazakh
laws, particularly regarding remote sensing. Does anyone know of good
sources for a project like this? If this all comes about, I would be happy
to share the translated copies with anyone who provides a source. Thanks.
