[FPSPACE] CNES Confirms: French Astronaut to ISS in October 2001 on Soyuz 3S

An ESA official I talked to recently told me that they were negotiating to
fly ESA astronauts on Soyuz Taxi third seats, adding that Deshays was the
prime candidate for October. There don't seem to be plans to fly any of them
as FE as far as I understand.
