[FPSPACE] U.S physics blunder [in 1964] almost ended space programs

This one is easy to refute, since the only Soviet launches of 3 satellites 
at a time was the Glonass series, to orbits of 10,000 kms. Perhaps there 
really are 'killer' Glonass satellites out there, waiting to be revived, to 
swoop down to kill spy satellites in LEO.
