[FPSPACE] Soyuz/Progress Production Line

Does anyone have any reliable information about the current status of the 
Soyuz/Progress production line at RKK Energiya, and what the next year or two 
will see produced?

For Soyuz, by my count, tail number 206 is the optional Mir visit, and tail 
number 207 is the Soyuz swap in April. 

The first TMA vehicle, tail number 211, is supposed to fly next October, but 
may be delayed, which would require use of 206.

Are there any other Soyuz vehicles in late stages of production for the 
coming year?
