[FPSPACE] Russian space prowess

I note with some sadness that nobody on this listserver has commented on
the very impressive display of Russian/FSU space technology, especially in
the field of launch vehicles and space operations during the past 2-3 months:

Progress M1-2 to Mir (April 25)
Rokot demo flight (May 16)
Proton-M first succesful launch (June 6)
Proton launch of Express (June 26) 
Kosmos-3M triple launch -  first into SSO (June 28)
Proton-DM launch of Sirius-1 (June 30)
Proton-DM launch of Kosmos 2370 (July 5)
Proton-K launch of Zvezda (July 12)
Kosmos-3M triple launch (July 15)
Soyuz-Fregat launch of Cluster 2 first pair (July 16)
Zenit-3SL launch of PAS-9 (July 28)
Progress M1-3 launch to ISS (August 6)
Soyuz-Fregat launch of Cluster 2 second pair (August 9)

Plus the no-nonsense flawless docking of Zvezda and ISS and Progress and ISS!
Especially the past 7 weeks have been intense. All this certainly impresses
me! Hard to match by any space industry, including that of the U.S. Well done!
