A coalition of French and Russian business schools established FRIBA in 1993 as a non-governmental, nonprofit higher education institution, which offers Russian students bachelor's and master's degree programs based on Western business practice. In 1995, FRIBA began offering training and consulting services to small and medium-sized local businesses. FRIBA currently has a faculty of 55 and enrolls 210 students.
