The club of Archeological Culture was founded in 1994, in Belarus. The members of this club are the archeologists and amateurs.This information was posted to the Friends & Partners e-mail list Feb 17, 1998.
The main goals are as follows:
We invite the cooperation of all people interested in archeology! We invite and all volunteers to archeological excavations-June-September 1998. If you'd like to have a rest from civilization and are intrigued by the opportunity to sink into a century's worth of dust, take your chance and send your application by April, 1998. The living conditions will be comparable to prehistoric. Work duration is 5 hours a day with a cultural program included.
- Weekly seminars on archeology.
- The coordination of a voluntary archeological movement.
- The support of friendly and business relations with student archeologists from other countries.
- The celebration of holidays according to the archeological calendar.
