This document was received from the NIS/CEE Health Care Clearinghouse (also known as NISHEALTH) which "provides information pertaining to health and technical assistance in the New Independent States of the former Soviet Union (NIS) and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE)." There is now a NISHEALTH WWWeb Page. As of this writing, this page has only just been set up, but the intention is to "include capabilities for performing searches of the various Clearinghouse directories/databases"
