• SANet - Commercial Internet provider is fully owned by US company and supported by Parliamentary Human Rights Foundation (PHRF) and the USA Agency for International Development (USAID). The company provides full Internet access via satellite one hop from New York,NY.

• Sarke ("Mirrow") Information Agency delivers political and economical news and reviews in English.

  I'm glad to discover this website.  I'll link it to a webpage of good
  resources for Russian Studies, so that our students and faculty will find
  it.  I'm a reference librarian who studied Russian (and traveled to Moscow
  and Leningrad in 1971).  More recently I have been working on a project to
  help the libraries in Tbilisi, Georgia, recover from hardships of the
  1990's.  If anyone knows of sources of funding to help us ship boo
  ks and journals to Georgia, please let me know.  We've collected quite a
  pile of donations.
