One of the main aspects of world development is the position of women in modern society. An analysis of the women's issue is a necessary condition in development of new world models which are based on various strategies in areas of development. Such an understanding reflects the historically complicated role of women in various societies and in modern processes that occur in the economy, politics, ecology and public life.
The realization of the idea of equality and equal opportunity for men and women in modern social structures is the mode of change of the social-economic system of public life. Among many issues is the question of the creation of a model for the future development of society. The possibilities for their realization demands intense attention and social comprehension. Here particular attention is due in order to define the problems of employment, labor and professional activities of women which are found in the social crisis.
Both markets that are being established and certain social consequences of a developed market frequently put women in a vulnerable position in the workforce. A no less important issue is that of the status of women in political life, her role in making political decisions: the inequality of men and women in the formation of sovereign authority, liquidation of all forms of discrimination against women, and the necessary outcome -- the exclusion of discrimination and violence from all models of development. The special role of women in securing the model of sustainable development and the continuation of life on Earth must be emphasized. Therefore, the outcome of the real logic of development of humanity, woman as bearer of life and guarantor of stability, must become an active and decisive subject of decision-making. For only she can restore today the integrity of Mankind, Nature and Society, ensure that laws and social-political and ecological activities have a human face, and ensure the establishment of new civilized relations, of a harmonious and stable world.
