Besides studying painting, cinematography and Vietnamese kung-fu, 22-year-old Nicholai Gluzdov is responsible for designing almost all the pages of information that you will see on St. Petersburg's Web server.

Gluzdov, born in Kiev, Ukraine, speaks three languages fluently and has studied at two institutions of higher education in the former Soviet Union and the United States. He spent one academic year at Zion Bible Institute in Barrington, Rhode Island. His lifelong experience with art, including courses at Kiev's Commercial Art School, launched him into computer design in St. Petersburg.
