WHO'S WHO, WHO'S NEW

The Nevskij Palace Hotel has added to its culinary armory with the addition of French Michelen chef Robert Serge. Mr Serge, 31, has worked in Angola, Sri Lanka and the Seychelles as well as France and England. He was brought in as part of the hotel's restyling of its flagship Landskrona restaurant.
