Yeltsin bluster a contrast to Yavlinsky sweet talk: The recent electoral tactics of President Boris Yeltsin and liberal economist Grigory Yavlinsky, represent two different strategies for dealing with the popularity of Gennady Zyuganov's Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF) as presidential elections approach.
