COMMUNISTS TAKE 30% OF DUMA SEATS
Communist Party leader Gennady Zyugannov receives the congratulations of supporters in the wake of his party's election success. The Communist Party have gained, at latest count, 21.81% of votes across the country, which will translate to about 30% of all seats in the Duma, Russia's lower house of parliament.
