Free and frank discussions part of a new approach to Europe
The Faculty of International Relations at St Petersburg University is determined to be at the forefront in the development of Russia's changing attitudes toward the West. To this end it organized a forum at the beginning of this month that took a good hard look at Russia's place regarding the evolving order in Europe. JACK BURDEN reports on an attempt to better relate to Russia's Western neighbors through education.
