manufacturing or service organization.

SUMMARY

Highly skilled Project and Engineering Manager with extensive domestic and
international experience in all phases of program management for commercial
and military turbo-machniery.  Proven track record in experimental military
engine test development; commercial and military engine overhaul process
design and engineering; international commercial engine overhaul facility
design, facilitization, personnel training, certification and operational
start-up.  Strong interpersonal talent for, and successful experience with,
management  of Asian/U.S. joint ventures in the Pacific Rim area.  Fluent in
French, and basic conversational in Mandarin.

EXPERIENCE

Dexter Tool Company					(1992 - 1994)
	Asian Engineering Manager & Rep.:  On sight Asian Engineering Manager and
representative of Dexter Tool at MASBE Corporation, Tainan, Taiwan. 
Responsible for instruction, program implementation, certification and
training for setting MASBE Corp. up as a F.A.A. Certified Foreign Repair
Station.  Transferred all technology and performed all training necessary to
establish company as a fully certified JT8D component repair center. 
Implemented Q. A. and manufacturing programs necessary to establish MASBE as
a P&WA Source Approved manufacturer of JT8D combustor assemblies.
Successfully negotiated for P.O.'s from P&WA for production of JT8D
combustors.  Engineered and supervised installation of heat treat and plasma
spray facilities to support combustor production and overhaul.  Set up Sales
& Marketing department.  Hired U. S. Sales Representative.  Developed and
implemented a sales plan for 1992 - 1995 business years for both repair
department and O.E.M. manufacturing.  Worked closely with C.A.S.I.D.
officials to implement "OFFSET" programs between MASBE Corp. and P&WA,
Grumman, and Garrett.  Coordinated O.E.M. and repair program discussions and
negotiations with R.O.C.A.F. - A.I.D.C. -  A.E.F. at 1st Air Depot and Kang
Shan facilities.

Pratt & Whitney Aircraft			(1992 - July thru September)
	Project Test Engineer:    Contract hire to P&WA as engine test operation
engineer responsible for test operation of PW 2000 and PW4000 engines at the
West Palm Beach sea-level test area.  Contract canceled during employment
cut backs last quarter of 1992.

Windsor Airmotive Asia				(1990 - 1992)
	Engineering Manager:    Engineering Manager for Windsor Airmotive, Asia. 
Supervised design, construction, facilitization, interviewing, hiring, and
training of all personnel for a new Windsor Airmotive overhaul facility in
Singapore.  Applied for and obtained all required approvals (F.A.A., C.A.A.S
., C.A.A.C., Indonesia, and Malaysia) for the overhaul and repair of
commercial turbojet components.  Established and trained Q.A. department. 
Trained and directed engineering department to develop repair capability for
disks, drum rotors, rotating air seals, combustors, various case assemblies
including stator, diffuser, intermediate and turbine cases for P&WA, G.E.,
and R.R. equipment  		






TurboCombustor Technology				(1988 - 1990)
	Engineering Manager:     Engineering Manager for repair division
responsible for developing TCT's repair capabilities of the TF34, JT3, JT8D,
CFM56, F100 and ALF502 combustors.  Responsible for handling all
communications between T.C.T. and both Kelly and Tinker A.F.B. for the
repair contracts on both the TF34 and F100 combustors. Additionally managed
a 20,000 sq. ft. plant  expansion including the facilitization and hiring of
additional personnel to support the expansion.
		
General Electric A.E.B.G					(1987 - 1988)
	Repair Development Engineer:     Repair Development  Engineer for low and
high pressure turbine airfoil hot section components.  Responsible for new
repair schemes for all G. E. engine groups both military and commercial.
	
Self Employed						(1977 - 1987)
	Self Employed:      Owner and manager of a highly successful Marine
construction and hardware business in Palm Beach County, FL.  Business sold
in 1987.
		
Pratt & Whitney Aircraft				(1966 - 1977)		
	Senior Project Engineer:   Senior Project Engineer responsible for test and
evaluation of new engine components and engineering changes for the F100
engine.  Also responsible for overhaul and repair, rebuild definition,
schedule, and test management and evaluation for experimental engine
development.  Extensive F100 engine test experience, both sea level and at
altitude.
	
	Senior Test Engineer:  Senior Test Engineer responsible for fabricating,
instrumentation, testing and evaluating test data for advanced technology
fan and compressor test rigs, both sea level and altitude facilities,
leading to the development of the F100 engine.  Also experienced in
combustor, HPT and LPT turbine, and augmentor testing. 

Avco Manned Spacecraft Center			(1962 - 1966)
	Junior Engineer:    Junior engineer responsible for the development of
ablative heat shield composites for the Apollo reentry vehicle.  Designed
pneumatic injection hardware for the fabrication of the ablative honeycomb
structure.
