The following note from Dmitriy N. Vasilev explains how we came across this resource:
Around 10 years ago I was a member of the editorial board of "Za Nauku", university newspaper of Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. Nowdays they wish to distribute this newspaper electronically free of charge, reaching PhysTech alumni around the world. They are doing it through INFOMAG information service (infomag@glas.apc.org), but due to the traffic limitations they cannot establish a mailing list there. So they are relaying this newspaper to some people (including me) to distribute it worldwide.
