International : Chahapooly - Georgian hot soused dish
INGREDIENTS and PROPORTIONS:500g mutton (fatty)
2-3 onions
a lot of diferent leaves (tarhoon, hmyelee-soonyelee, coriander, leaves of
young onions)
solt,
pepper
vinegar
PROCEDURE:1) cut meat on medium size peices
2) fry with chopped onions 10-15 minutes in a sousepan
3) add some water so it covers all the meat
4) add soon all chopped leaves, solt, pepper and heat until meat is ready
REQUIRED UTENSILS:

TIME-CONSUMING: 15 minutes preparing, 30-40 minutes heating
DIFFICULTY RATE: Easy
WARNINGS:
This dish is well storable and reheatable.
The more different leaves you use , the more souse you save during heating,
the better you injoy Chahapooly.
COMMENTS:This recipe my mother brought whith her along in emmigration as one of th
e best thing to save memory about beautiful Georgia
