• Cyrillic encoding table includes the following encodings: KOI8 (KOI-8R), win (cp1251), iso5 (iso-8859-5), mac, alt (cp866)
• cyrcode.pl a perl program which converts between different encoding (no conversion from transliteration), note: cyrcode.pl needs the encoding table
• transkoi.c a C program to convert from transliteration into KOI8
• cyrsite package (26kb,zipped) a set of perl programs (including cyrcode.pl and cyrtab) to provide multi-endoding interface to your pages. More information about cyrsite
