PROGRAM: The U.S. Information Agency is inviting applications for short- and long-term pre- and postdoctoral research exchanges in the humanities and social sciences with Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
QUALIFICATIONS: Nonprofit organizations with at least four years experience in international exchange activities.
MONETARY SUPPORT: $1.3 million for short-term exchanges of less than six months and $240,000 for long-term exchanges of up to an academic year.
