Are going to hold a 9th International Conference of Physics Students
The location is : Saint Petersburg,Stary Peterhoff, St Petersburg
        University campus.
Date:         15 -21 August
Place:        St.Petersburg , Russia
Participants: Undergraduate and postgraduate students , physics majors
The amount of participants is not limited.

   All participants will be accommodated in dormitories in Stary Petergof.
Meals will be provided for all participants in the students Dining Halls.
There will be organized  visits to the laboratories in Physics Institute SPBU.
Cultural program will be organized if it is possible.
   At the conference the main topics that will be discussed are :
        Mathematical Physics
        Theoretical Physics
        Radiophysics
        Optics
        Laser Physics
        Solid State Physics
        Physics and Chemistry of Plasma
        Physics of Semiconductors and Dielectrics
        Thermophysics and Molecular Physics
        Nuclear Physics and Physics of Elementary Particles
        Geophysics
        Computer Science and Mathematical Modelling

All materials of the conference will be published in our bulletin.
   The deadline to send in registration forms is April 30th 1994. The last
dwy to send report topics for publishing in the bulletin is July 1st 1994.
For connection with the ICPS'94 Organizing Committee it best to use FAX

        During the conference there will be a General Meeting of IAPS
where questions about students collaboration will be discussed. Everyone
