An education is the activity which works for the future. The mathematical education has a great importance in this sense because the role of the mathematical knowledge will be increased in the future. It is very important to teach not only a classical theoretical mathematics but at the same time to demonstrate its opportunity of the investigations of different applied problems, to help the students to use its mathematical knowledges for the solving some problems of physics, chemistry, biology. The educational mathematical project to unite the efforts of the interested scientists, teachers, students from different countries for the improving of the mathematical school education, for the application of the mathematical models and computer technology in the teaching of physics, chemistry and biology, for the creation of the tutor programs. The international nature of the project will help students to develop understanding and coordinated action to get over stereotypes and prejudice which have been accumulative. The project realization proposes several stages:
1. Creation and a mastering of the electronic mail. An acquaintance with each other.
2. Exchange of the mathematical school program. A discussion in order to work out general direction.
3. Creation and test of a few variants of the mathematical school program.
4. Formation of the set of subjects and concrete problems in the areas of physics, chemistry, biology which are suitable for the investigation in school.
5. Formation of the students groups for the investigetions of these subjects. Work in the groups. Creation of the tutor programs for these subjects.
6. Exchange of the results. The critical discussing.
7. Reciprocal visits of the teachers for giving lectures, lessons, seminars. Exchange of the students' groups.
8. Joint creation of computer textbook (complex of tutor programs) on mathematical models and methods in physics, chemistry and biology.
The specialized mathematical school 5 (Rostov on Don, RUSSIA) and the department of applied mathematics and programming of Rostov State University display this initiative.
All interested schools and universities from any countries are invited to the participation.
Head of school 5 Mr. Nic Steblovsky and Professor of Rostov University, Dr.Sc. Gregory Markman, are coordinators of this project.
