Project of constructing a third generation SR source in China.

<dt>Participants:
<dd>The symposium is intended for both domestic and overseas young scientists 
and technicians whose age is below forty-five years old.<p>

<dt>Call for papers and proceedings:
<dd>Plenary lectures, oral and poster presentations are included in the 
symposium. A one page abstract (in Chinese or English) should be contributed 
together with the response form.
<p>
<dt>Other remarks
<dd>Overseas participants can complete the procedure necessary for coming 
back to China or get their passport prolonged in the local Chinese Consulate 
by presenting the formal invitation letter from the symposium. Overseas 
participants and accompanying persons are reminded to get ready the reentry 
visa for your resident country.
