Subject: Help... I'm overwhelmed!
Hello.
My name is Troy Fell. I live in Cape Canaveral, Florida. For most of
my life I have had an intense interest in Russia, the former Soviet
Union, and the people of the Russian Federation. Recently my interest
has become more intense and I find myself reading everything and
anything I can find on this topic. This is in part due to my becoming
wonderful friends with a young man from Syktyvkar (Komi Republic) who is
attending college at the University of Central Florida in Orlando,
Florida.
The reason I'm writing to you is to seek your help in finding any
information on possible exchange programs for various professional
workers between the United States and the Russian Federation. I am a
Paramedic by profession; however, my main function at my employer is
working as their Network Administrator. I also work as a Paramedic in
an Emergency Room, and am a Clinical Instructor for the Paramedic
Program at the local college.
I would be very interested in participating in an exchange program in
Russia, if any exist, and kindly ask your help in providing information
on such programs.
Thank you very much for any assistance you can provide.
Sincerely,
Troy C. Fell

Subject: looking for 'batch' subscription to on-line versions of major

I am a graduate student.
I heard about some service(s) which provide(s) 'batch' subscription
to on-line versions of several major russian newspapers for a reasonable
monthly fee (less than, say, $50). Do you have information -- which I
could not find on your website -- about such service(s) ? The service
provided by 'East View Publications' seems to be 'per' newspaper and
very expensive.
Relatedly, I also need to view articles published in such newspapers
in the first half of the 90's, i. e., fairly 'non-recent' back issues.
Do you have information on whether the subscription service(s) I am
looking for carry such back issues and, if not, where they are available
on-line ?
Sincerely

Subject: Can You Assist?
Got your handle from Friends & Partners web page. I'm looking for IT
professionals. As an Executive Recruiter with 11 years experience, I
look for people who not only wish to come to the USA but who also might
wish to return to the U.S.S.R for job options. I'm Mgr. of Recruitment
& Market for an international IT company called: Startec International
Inc.
Can you assist me through your group?
