Subject: Russian Officer Correspondent Sought

Greetings to Russia!

I am a United States Army officer who wished to correspond with
an officer of the Russian Army on matters of personal and professional
interest. I believe stronger ties between our sevices is essential in
this era.

Friends and Partners,

I would like to contact someone who speaks English at the Russian Cosmonaut
Training Center in Star City, near Moscow. I am planning a trip there this
spring, and it would be helpful to have a local contact before arriving.

Thanks,

Paul Campbell
