Telecommunications Issues for Collaboration with Russia and the NIS
Our hope is that this list will be used for communication on a variety of networking issues and problems - including issues of establishing Internet connections; differences between various providers and options; use of different technologies such as radio relay, satellite-based IP communications, etc.; funding opportunities for establishing and maintaining network communications; distance learning opportunities and programs facilitated by network communications; and important Internet- accessible information services and resources related to telecommunications.
We hope that the exchange here will represent a healthy mix of both technical and non-technical topics - and that, over time, the growing archive of postings will provide a useful searchable database.
