We have a very minimal set of resources listed below and hope to add to that based upon your comments and suggestions.

Project Harmony
"The primary impetus for creating this list came from Project Harmony's Internet School Linkage Program. This program matches 15 US high schools with 15 schools in the NIS. Computer teams in each school will work closely with their colleagues in their partner school to develop and implement Internet-based educational projects in a variety of subject areas. We invite other teachers to become involved with this program by taking part in on-line discussions and working to develop projects with other interested schools. This list can be a great place to find partners and expand ideas."

Linking Schools Through Language and Technology
Funded by the USIA and administered by the Connecticut Department of Education in collaboration with Yale, this program is a multi-state student/teacher exchange program between schools in the US and the CIS. Participants have been learning cooperatively since 1995 through three week exchanges in the host country and by working together on projects via the Internet and then publishing these varied and interesting works on the World Wide Web.

Youth on the Internet

The Moscow Children's Computer Club (MCCC)
Formed during the first days of Glasnost to educate Russia's children in computing.
