ALLIANCE LEGAL AND TAX STATUS
The Alliance of Universities for Democracy is a private not-for-profit
corporation and is approved to receive tax-deductible gifts from American
citizens as a nonprofit educational organization under Codes 501(c)(3) and
170(c)(2) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.
